Welcome back to Term 3

Room 1 started the Term off with analysing out end of term E-asTTle Writing.
Many of the students have definitely improved in their writing. Great to see Room 1 writers now include a cool hook in sentence and can independently paragraph.

    I enjoyed writing in the Elsie Locke competition because I got to know more about the 1910's and It was cool that I was writing for a famous journal.

    It was really cool to write for the Elsie Lock competition, because it gave me the opportunity to learn more about Kate Sheppard and learn about woman's rights.

    I think from the start of last year I have really improved in my writing. Especially by using compound and complex sentences and also WOW words, and that helped me improve in my E-astle.

    From the start of the year to now i think i have improved form level 1 to level 4. I love writing.

    I think that I have improved in my writing because I normally wouldn't use paragraphs but now I have learnt to use them all the time since I came here.
    I think that the Elsie Locke has helped me improve my writing a lot.

    I think i have improved in my writing because i can write complex and compound sentences and include them into my writing and i can write paragraphs.

    I think I did well in my witting because I add more adjectives nouns and verb to make my witting better and I can do compound and complex sentences.
